Inspection Comments | COMPLAINT REGARDING MASK WEARING FOR CUSTOMERS AND STAFF. VISITED SITE AND CUSTOMERS WERE WEARING MASK. ONE STAFF MEMBER HAD THE MASK DOWN ON CHIN BUT SHE WAS NOT ENGAGING WITH CUSTOMERS AT THAT TIME, JUST RESTOCKING. TALKED WITH THE MANAGER ON DUTY AND SHE SAID THEY DO ASK CUSTOMERS TO WEAR THE MASKS IN THE STORE WHEN THEY SEE THEM BUT ARE NOT ABLE TO ENFORCE IT. STAFF ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS AND SHE WILL SPEAK TO THE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS NOT COMPLYING. THERE ARE LARGE MASK REQUIREMENT SIGNS ON THE DOOR. THEY ARE MAKING A REASONABLE EFFORT TO COMPLY WITH THE GUIDELINES. |
